Returns are acceptable on all products ordered through the Tessel web store within the first 30 days after the date of delivery. The customer will be required to pay for any necessary shipping to return the product unless the reason for the return falls within Tessel’s realm of responsibility as noted under the SHIPPING section, e.g. we sent the wrong product or the product was damaged during shipping. You must also include the original purchase receipt. We ask that all merchandise be returned unused, unwashed, and accompanied by the original hang tags where possible.

If the product has failed to meet these criteria in any way, Tessel holds the right to refuse any refund to the customer. Prior to sending in any returns, please communicate with Tessel through the Contact page on Use “Customer Return” as the email subject.

If a return is deemed acceptable, Tessel will issue a full-refund, minus any shipping costs incurred during the original shipment or subsequent shipment to return the product to Tessel. This refund will be issued through the use of PayPal, Stripe, or with an online gift card to other products in the Tessel web store. No partial refunds will be awarded. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
