Tessel warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This one-year policy applies only to those products purchased directly from the Tessel web store at tesselsupply.com. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Tessel will replace any products found to be defective in the product’s intended, everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear. That is the extent of our liability under this Warranty and, upon expiration of the applicable warranty period, all such liability shall terminate.

This one-year warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the product. It will be up to Tessel’s discretion to determine whether or not the warranty claim provides sufficient evidence that a replacement is due.

In order to submit a warranty claim, please message Tessel through the Contact page email services. Label the subject line of the email “Warranty Claim,” include photos of the defective product, and provide a purchase order number. Average response time for warranty claims is about 5 business days
